vetman Public Drug Reference: Terms of Use

1. Who we are. The reference (vetman.app/ka/refs/ and vetman.app/en/refs/, the "Reference") is run by Telvo LLC (ID 205218334), the owner of vetman. By using the Reference you agree to these terms.

2. Who it is for. The Reference is a professional reference for veterinarians and veterinary professionals. It is not advertising, is not meant for self-treatment by animal owners and does not replace a veterinary consultation.

3. What it contains. The Reference collects facts from public sources: registration in Georgia and other countries, control status, doses, warnings and interactions. Each item shows its source and the date it was checked. The Reference does not sell medicines, does not show prices and does not say where they can be obtained.

4. Provided "as is". The Reference is free and provided "as is", without any warranty: we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or current, or that the Reference will always be available. Decisions on doses or treatment are yours, made with your own clinical judgement and the product's official label (SPC). Telvo LLC and vetman accept no liability for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by using or not using the Reference or its information. By using the Reference you agree not to bring any claim against us in connection with such damage.

5. Controlled substances. Information on narcotic and psychotropic substances is given for professional purposes only. They may be obtained, stored and used only as Georgian law provides.

6. Copyright and database protection. The Reference's database, its structure and texts belong to Telvo LLC and are protected by the Law of Georgia on Copyright and Related Rights, including Chapter VII (rights of database producers). You may:

• view, print and use individual pages for your own work;
• quote individual facts, citing the Reference.

You may not:

• copy the Reference or a substantial part of it by automated or bulk means (scraping, crawling, automated downloading), except normal indexing by search engines;
• systematically extract individual parts that together make up a substantial part of the database;
• use the data to build or fill another database, app, reference or AI model without our written permission;
• get around our protection measures (rate limits, blocking).

7. Trademarks. Product and manufacturer names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products. vetman is not affiliated with the manufacturers and receives no payment from them.

8. External sources. Links to external sources (EMA, FDA, VMD, registers and others) are given as references. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Reporting errors. If you find an error or outdated information, tell us through the Reference's "Report an error or request an addition" form. Data sent through the form is handled under our privacy policy.

10. Protection and personal data. To protect the Reference we log automated access attempts. What we keep and for how long is in our privacy policy.

11. Changes. These terms may change. A new version is published at the same address with its date of entry into force.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
