Clinical work
Patient reception, appointment booking and the clinic's daily workflow.
An interactive work board shows every patient's stage in four columns: waiting room, with the vet, billing, completed. It includes an appointment calendar with day, week and month views, recurring visit series, triage priority at intake, remote consultations and quick registration of an animal with no owner.
Test management, sample barcoding, trend analysis and work with partner laboratories.
Investigations run on your own analysers or at an outside laboratory: for every test sent out you state whether the client pays the clinic or the partner directly, and the partner's page lists the month. It covers barcode labels for samples, reference ranges by species, sex and age with critical values marked, comparison with earlier results and trend charts, six specialised report forms, and sending the result to the owner's email.
Surgery scheduling, the pre-op checklist, the anaesthesia record and automatic write-off of materials.
The surgical process end to end: team assignment (surgeon, anaesthetist, assistant), the pre-operative preparation checklist, a stage-by-stage anaesthesia record, intra-operative vitals, complications and recovery monitoring. Medicines, consumables and implants used are written off stock automatically and appear on the invoice.
Smart prescriptions with weight-based doses and drug compatibility checks.
When a drug is prescribed the system calculates the dose by weight (mg/kg) and warns about drug interactions. Breed-related genetic sensitivity is built in (the MDR1 mutation, anaesthetic limits for sighthounds). Ready clinic protocols are supported, as is sending the prescription to the owner's email.
A digital passport for vaccination and parasite control, with the official certificate.
The patient's preventive history: the system calculates the next vaccination or treatment date, writes the dose off stock with its batch, and generates the official printable certificate. You send the owner a reminder by SMS or email.
Wards and cages, the medication administration record (MAR) and care monitoring.
Room and cage occupancy in one list: which animal is where and which places are free. The shift board shows staff hour by hour what is due now and what is overdue, while the electronic medication administration record (MAR) captures every dose given. It covers the vitals log, automatic daily rate charging including rate changes, and the official discharge sheet.
Specialised directions
Room bookings, the intake-handover certificate, care instructions and per-night billing.
Rooms and living spaces: booking, arrival and departure, a printable intake-handover certificate, a daily feeding and walking log, medical services booked during the stay, and photos shared with the owner through a temporary link. Nights and extra services reach the invoice automatically.
Registering stray animals, microchipping and the adoption agreement.
A free module built for shelters: intake records with reason and condition, microchip number, photographs and health monitoring. At adoption the system generates the official agreement and an adoption card with the animal's full history, including returns and cancellations.
A session calendar, care packages and before/after photos shared with the owner.
Grooming management: booking sessions by groomer and time, ready-made packages (bath, hygiene, clipping), before/after photos taken straight from a phone or tablet, a photo link sent to the owner, and quick checkout at the till.
Business, stock and reporting
Medicines and consumables: stock levels, expiry control and automatic write-off.
The clinic's own medical stock on a FEFO basis (first expiring, first out): batch and expiry control, automatic write-off from treatments, surgeries and preventive care, internal consumption records, stock counts and transfers between branches.
Fast retail for a pet shop or vet pharmacy, stock counts and suppliers.
The retail side in full: barcode scanning at the till, cash, bank and terminal payments, discounts and returns, selling by package or by unit. It includes physical stock counts, purchases from suppliers with consignment and debt tracking, and closing the day's till: how much came in, by which method and in which hours.
One catalogue of the clinic's services, with tariffs tied to each area of work.
A central price list shared by ambulatory, surgery, laboratory, inpatient, hotel and grooming. Services are grouped into categories (consultation, procedure, operation and so on), which removes hand-typed prices. The price is frozen on the record, so changing the list never alters invoices already issued.
Drug dosing, contraindications and physiological norms by species.
The vet's reference base: the dose for a patient by species and weight, contraindications and interactions, physiological norms by species (temperature, pulse, respiration), laboratory intervals and disease notes. A clinic can adapt a platform entry for itself and add entries of its own.
Ready-made treatment sets, prescription protocols and the preventive-care list.
Treatment templates for typical diagnoses: procedures and materials are added to the record in one click, which saves time and keeps the standard. The same place holds ready prescription protocols and the list of vaccines and antiparasitics, from which the next due date is calculated automatically.
The full picture of the business: peak hours, income, debtors and ABC analysis.
Management decisions on real figures: the clinic's peak hours and busiest weekdays, appointment outcomes and no-shows, receivables, income by area of work, ward occupancy, stock movement and ABC analysis. Every report has a period filter and a table download.
Included in every plan
The patient's full digital history and international VeNom codes.
One register of every procedure performed across the clinic.
The owner database, families with several animals, SMS and email.
Payments, receivables and the day's till in one place.
Staff roles, access levels and a log of every change.
Temporary access for an invited specialist and a link for the owner.
