One uncontrolled 15-cat FATE cohort administered an EVA Pharma product at a reported 2 mg/kg IM alongside several anticoagulants, antiplatelets, meloxicam, physiotherapy and cardiac treatment; it had no comparator and cannot isolate Cerebrolysin efficacy, and the reported regimen cannot be bridged to these EVER Neuro Pharma 215.2 mg/ml ampoules. The only clinical comparison located included 16 treated and 16 control older dogs at one centre, used a fixed 5 ml IV twice-daily regimen for two days before anaesthesia, and did not provide the randomisation, blinding, validated outcome or independent replication needed to transfer its large mortality difference into routine practice. Human stroke/cognitive results and label toxicology do not establish canine clinical efficacy.

Complete review finds a transparent, authorised human product with a biologically proposed but clinically unvalidated canine neuroprotective role.
