Care settingPreventive puppy vaccination with examination, cold-chain control and a documented follow-up plan
vetman score 7.9/10 Good
Evidence confidence: Medium Georgia: Yes, veterinary · № 14-11 · Verified on 21 Oct 2026

A useful early CDV/CPV bridge for young puppies, not a stand-alone lifetime programme. Its value is highest when the clinic records the next polyvalent doses and completes a guideline-concordant core series.

Regulatory and scientific credibility8.5/10

The exact one-dose presentation is registered in Georgia and has a current EU regulator record and detailed product information, although public independent evidence on this particular high-titre two-antigen formulation is limited.

Clinical efficacy7.5/10

CDV and CPV are essential core targets and the high-titre early-puppy role is clinically coherent, but one dose at six weeks is a bridge rather than a complete modern core series and must be followed according to maternal-antibody risk.

Safety and tolerability8.0/10

The expected live core-vaccine safety profile is favourable in healthy puppies, with mostly transient reactions; pregnancy or lactation use is not recommended and shed CPV-2b strain warrants hygiene around susceptible carnivores.

Clinical practicality7.5/10

The fixed 1 ml dose is simple, but reconstitution, cold chain, immediate use and the need to schedule a compatible polyvalent follow-up make it less self-contained than a complete puppy-series product.

Full-course cost-effectiveness-

Important safety and use flags

  • Do not use in hypersensitivity; vaccinate clinically healthy puppies only.
  • A dose from 6 weeks is not a complete puppy series. Record and administer compatible polyvalent follow-up doses through the age at which maternal antibody no longer compromises core protection.
  • Safety during pregnancy and lactation is not established and use is not recommended.
  • Vaccinated puppies may shed the live CPV-2b strain; protect susceptible cats and other non-dog carnivores from exposure and dispose of faeces hygienically.
  • Use with other veterinary medicines or vaccines only in combinations specifically supported by the product information; otherwise decide timing case by case.
  • Observe after vaccination for local, gastrointestinal or hypersensitivity reactions and treat promptly if a systemic reaction develops.
  • Maintain the cold chain, do not freeze and administer the full reconstituted 1 ml dose immediately.
