Vaccinate healthy animals only. Wait at least 4 weeks after corresponding antiserum or immunosuppressive drugs. Pregnancy use is limited to previously vaccinated bitches as specified by the SPC. Nobivac DHPPi

lyophilisate for suspension for injection, 1 ml dose for dogs
Assessed clinical scopeDog · Full dog label: active immunisation against CDV, CAV-1/2, CPV and canine parainfluenza, including the labelled primary and component-specific revaccination schedules · Subcutaneous
Care settingPreventive veterinary vaccination with examination, cold-chain control and emergency treatment available
vetman score 8.6/10 Very good
Evidence confidence: High Georgia: Yes, veterinary · № 43-11 · Verified on 21 Oct 2026

A strong core-plus-parainfluenza vaccine with exact regulatory support and a practical long core interval. The label schedule must still be fitted to maternal-antibody risk and the parainfluenza component does not promise infection-free protection.

Regulatory and scientific credibility9.0/10

The exact one-dose product is registered in Georgia and has a current detailed regulator SPC with transparent strains, potency, schedule, adverse events and component-specific duration claims.

Clinical efficacy8.5/10

CDV, CAV and CPV are strongly supported global core targets and the label supports three-year revaccination; parainfluenza protection is useful but reduces disease and shedding rather than guaranteeing sterile immunity, and maternal antibody may require a later puppy dose.

Safety and tolerability8.4/10

The benefit-risk is favourable in healthy dogs and most reactions are transient; very rare anaphylaxis can be life-threatening, live strains and immunosuppressive treatment need timing safeguards, and pregnancy use is restricted to previously vaccinated bitches.

Clinical practicality8.3/10

The fixed 1 ml SC dose and three-year core interval are practical; reconstitution, immediate use, cold chain, annual parainfluenza decisions and guideline-concordant completion of the puppy series add manageable work.

Full-course cost-effectiveness-

Important safety and use flags

  • Vaccinate healthy dogs only; do not use in hypersensitivity to a component.
  • Fit the label course into a guideline-concordant puppy series ending at 16 weeks or later when maternal antibody is relevant.
  • Parainfluenza vaccination reduces clinical signs and shedding but does not guarantee prevention of infection; revaccinate this component annually when risk warrants.
  • Very rare hypersensitivity or anaphylaxis can be life-threatening; observe after vaccination and have immediate treatment available.
  • Wait at least four weeks after corresponding antiserum or immunosuppressive treatment; use other vaccines only as supported by product information.
  • Pregnancy use is limited to previously vaccinated bitches under the exact SPC conditions.
  • Maintain the cold chain, reconstitute aseptically and use the complete 1 ml dose promptly; do not freeze.
