Pyrantel embonate 57.5 mg/kg + praziquantel 5 mg/kg, that is 1 tablet per 4 kg: half a tablet at 2 kg, 1 at 4 kg, 1.5 at 6 kg. A single dose by mouth, directly or hidden in food. Not under 6 weeks of age, not in pregnancy (may be used during lactation), not together with piperazine. Control fleas to stop Dipylidium coming back. Strength 230/20 mg as in the EU SPC; the Georgian register entry lists no strengths.
